The founding of Avisco, Inc. in 1986 by Avis Phillips was the natural extension of a lifetime spent in the civil and environmental construction industry. Establishing Avisco afforded Mrs. Phillips the opportunity to handcraft a company dedicated to the very highest caliber of service and performance. Mrs. Phillips assembled an experienced team of professionals who shared her vision and set out to make her mark. Twenty six years later, Mrs. Phillips still allows her company’s work to speak for itself. Avisco’s results-oriented philosophy has successfully grown the company into a highly respected and sought after civil construction company.



Avisco Inc. is a small, woman-owned business specializing in heavy civil construction.
